Our home is a big, open-plan, light-filled space to make yourself and family comfortable.  We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the College U14 cricket pitch which is a great field for your children guests to play on while you watch from the deck.  The sleeping space is as below
Bedroom 1: King-size bed
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin-size beds
Bedroom 4: King-size bed ensuite
Bathroom 1: shower
Bathroom 2: shower
Bathroom 3: ensuite shower and bathtub
Sliding doors in the open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen provide lots of fresh air.  Wood-burning stove in lounge provide warmth.  Wall heater panels in all bedrooms.  Gas weber braai plus brick built-in braai.  Kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes tumble dryer.  Lounge with one TV with DSTV Premium and Fire stick.  Fiber wifi.  Two parking spaces within property, free on-street parking.  Security beam system indoor and exterior, palisade fencing with razor-wire around entire property.
There is a separate-structure flat at the back of property occupied by a long-term renter.
10,000L rainwater tank with pressure pump for loss of city water periods.
Inverter/battery automatic backup system for power outage/loadshedding runs all interior overnight lights, security system, gate and wifi.  Does not run bedroom panel wall heaters.

Map and Directions to 2 Queensgrove

Turn off the N2 below the 1820 Settlers Monument.  Proceed to the first set of traffic lights and turn left into Somerset Street.  Continue along Somerset Street past Rhodes University and St Andrew’s College.  At the traffic circle bear left and proceed up Cradock Road.  Take the second road right into Howick Street, then the second road left into Queensgrove and the house is No 2, the second house on the right.
