This stately house, with large grounds and plenty of space overlooks the greater part of Grahamstown, Rhodes University and The 1820 Settler's Monument. Situated in the upmarket, tranquil area between Kingswood College and Graeme College.

The distance to the centre of town is approximately 2 km, just far enough not to hear the noise and traffic and the perfect place to wake up to the gentle sounds of the abundant birdlife in the area...

A variety of rooms or units to choose from.

From Single rooms (with three quarter beds),

Double rooms (either with a double or Queen sized bed) or

Family rooms, which sleeps up to 4 guests.

A gorgeous Honeymoon Suite with 2 private balconies.

Self-Catering Units with fully equipped kitchen, which has a Stove, Microwave, Fridge / Freezer, Kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, iron and ironing board.

Open plan with the Lounge / Breakfast nook area. The Bathroom, which has both a shower and a bath, is shared by the two bedrooms, which sleeps 2 guests each.

Small conferences with break-away rooms can be accommodated. Up to 10 delegates.

All rooms are en-suite, are equipped with TV, Coffee making facilities, CD/Radio Player, Hairdryer, Fan, heater and Electric Blankets.

In house same-day Laundry Facilities. Rooms are serviced daily. 100% Cotton Bedding a little luxury you just will not want to live without!!

Private Braai area, Mediterranean Swimming Pool (unfenced) in delightful garden. Mini Gymnasium, Tennis Court and Entertainment area with Pool Table, table tennis, other games, TV and Music Center.

Golf Clubs, Bicycles and other equipment for the above facilities are available for guest's use. Baby Cot, chair and bedding available.

Smoking rooms upon request. Pets can be accommodated by special request - there is an additional house and Cottage on the premises, which is called A Little House and A Little Cottage, which has its own, private yard.

24 Hour Internet Connection (Free), Fax, Photocopy, e-mail and Printing facilities. Airport transfers available at extra charge. In-town shuttle service available upon request.

Off Street, behind security gates and lock-up garages available.

Unfortunately not wheelchair or disabled friendly.

Not available for international house exchange. Available for daily rental for movie shoots.

Popular Honeymoon venue with the Bridal Couple spoilt ROTTEN with little details for their "Special" night or Honeymoon.

A variety of Vintage and modern
vehicles available for use during weddings or special occasions. We organise Special Functions, such as Bachelor, Stork, Birthday Parties,and year-end functions upon request.

Beauty and Hair Treatments can also be arranged "After Hours".

We assist Parents of Students or Scholars that live far away to help with little things such as organising a birthday party, assisting with laundry or whatever the need may be!
