A private, one-bedroomed cottage on a working Ornamental Fish farm and Indigenous Tree nursery. The comfortable cottage has twin 3/4 size beds fitted with cotton linen, an en suite bathroom with bath and shower and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave.

A Tallulah Cottage is close to Rhodes University (3km), St Andrews College (2km) and the Diocesan School for Girls (1km). The small-holding is within an electric fence and is accessed through remote controlled gates for Guest security. The cottage also has an alarm and parking is secure.
