Our B&B is a family owned and managed establishment situated in the center of Grahamstown.  We are conveniently close to the University (+/- 1 km), private schools and many places of interest. 

All our rooms are comfortably appointed with modern conveniences, 100% cotton linen (350 TC), en-suite bathrooms, and private entrance as well as secure off-street, under cover parking behind automated gates. 

Whether you are a weary business man, a family in need of affordable yet comfortable accommodation or a tourist visiting Grahamstown, let us cater for your every need with true South African and Polish hospitality.

We offer choice of three rooms:

• English Garden contains two single beds
• French Lavender with double bed, kitchenette and full bathroom (bath and shower)
• African Experience with double bed.  Room is small but very nice, decorated with a unique African feel.

To secure the reservation, 50% is required.
