'Park Off' Guest House is situated in the lush garden of a suburban home on the corner of Park Road and Fitzroy Street close to both Kingswood School (1 min) and Graeme College (1 min). It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of town and Rhodes University.
The large spacious, light and open-plan unit includes a compact kitchenette and an attractive lounge as well as a separate bedroom area with a comfortable double bed. Large sliding doors lead out onto an attractive spacious private wooden sundeck overlooking the swimming pool. Full DSTV is available.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower only. The kitchenette includes a mini-oven with 2 plate stove, a microwave, fridge and generous cooking equipment.
A single bed can be incorporated if two beds are required or a bed is needed for a child or third person. Parking is off-street and conveniently close to the entrance of the accommodation which is secure and alarmed.
