Sunny, spacious garden flat in a pretty secluded flower-scented garden. Situated in a quiet area near Kingswood College, it has a private entrance and off-street parking. The flat has vibrant colourful decor, with some lovely original artwork and personal touches.

There are twin beds with good, comfortable mattresses and these can be put together to form a kingsize bed. A third bed or mattresses for 2 small children can be added if necessary. The flat is fully carpeted, has 2 comfortable chairs, a quality TV with MNET, video machine with DVD player, music system, heater, fan, electric blankets and hairdryer.

It is ideal for a long stay as there is plenty of drawer and cupboard space, plus a good sized desk. The kitchenette area is modern, attractive and fully functional, with an abundance of good quality crockery, cutlery and utensils. Foods for a full English breakfast are provided. The tiled en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity basin. The flat is a distance of 1.5 km from the centre of town (15 min walk). Own transport is recommended.

Laundry is done on request at an extra charge. Guests are welcome to use the pool and braai facilities.
