29 OATLANDS ROAD in the cottage offers modern accommodation, a designed interior with attention given to detail to ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay. The open plan living area incorporates a sitting / dining and study area and a full kitchen all under a double volume ceiling. The bedroom en-suite (shower) is separate from the living area. A wonderfully light space to relax, work or be a part of the festivities.

29 OATLANDS ROAD in the cottage is situated on the corner of Oatlands Road and Grocott’s Street in close proximity to the Diocesan School for Girls (DSG) and St Andrew’s College (both less than 1 km), Kingswood College (I km), the town centre (Cathedral 1 km), Rhodes University (Drostdy Arch 1.3 km) - an ideal base for Grahamstown school events, conferences and festivals!

On request a continental breakfast may be arranged for an extra R55 per person. Please note that this should be negotiated before guest arrival and is dependent on availability of quality produce at the time.
